Full Time Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Receptionist Related Duties:

  • Answer & direct phone calls in a professional, polite & friendly manner.
  • Greet clients & visitors upon their arrival in a professional, polite & friendly manner.
  • Exhibit effective written & verbal communication skills.
  • Handle outgoing/incoming Federal Express, UPS, & other specific shipments & mailings.

Administrative Related Duties:

  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis.
  • Typing/keyboarding skills: speed & accuracy.
  • Printing & binding financial statements
  • Preparing confirmation letter mailings.
  • Take inventory of stock. Fill & reorder as needed.
  • Perform other clerical work as needed & assigned.

Marketing Related Duties:

  • Prospective client packet process
  • Client product presentation & delivery         

Compensation

  • Salary commensurate with experience and includes a generous benefits package.

Tax Preparer

Description:    

To accommodate our continued growth, Hamilton & Musser, PC, CPAs is in need of a part-time or full-time skilled tax preparer for tax season and possibly beyond.  The candidate will primarily prepare tax returns for individuals.  However, preparation of corporate, partnership, non-profit, and estate/trust tax returns may be available for candidates who have the desire and/or appropriate experience.  In addition, the right candidate will have knowledge of bookkeeping and consolidating client financial data.  This position could offer long-term potential for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • Tax preparation experience
  • Ability to interact/communicate with clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • UltraTax CS software experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable with Outlook, Excel and Word
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: 

  • Hourly (varies based on experience)
